Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and ac567 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the ac567 website located at https://ac567.app and all associated services, games, and content available through it. By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Account Registration and Security

Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in all accounts being closed and balances voided.

• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your ac567 account or any account credits, bonuses, or winnings to any third party. Accounts are personal to the registered user only.

ac567 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion if it determines that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users. In such cases, any balance derived from fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

ac567 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ac567 does not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency, or payment methods not listed in the Cashier section of your account.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These limits may be subject to change and current limits are always displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your name. ac567 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• ac567 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to identity verification documents, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds declarations.

ac567 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward payment fraud. Any account found to be engaging in fraudulent payment activity — including chargebacks, false payment disputes, or use of stolen payment credentials — will be permanently closed and the matter referred to relevant authorities. All outstanding balances will be forfeited.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ac567 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible account holders. The availability, value, and terms of individual promotions are set out in the specific promotion's terms, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement for ac567 bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account, after which any unmet bonus and associated winnings will expire.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ac567's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
